摘要
大学生志愿者活动的管理工作既是共青团组织的重要工作,也是高校学生管理工作的重要组成部分,具有积极的个人意义和社会意义。本文通过梳理现阶段志愿者活动的发展状况,发现在宣传、认知、组织、制度、队伍建设等方面的不足,并分别从组织者、志愿者与激励制度三个角度出发,提炼了相对应的策略。
The management of college students volunteer is not only the Youth League organization's important work, but also the important component of university student management work, has the positive personal and social significance. This paper presents the development state of affairs of volunteer activities, found the deficiencies in the construction of publicity, cognitive, organization, system, team and separately from the organizer, volunteers and incentive system three aspects to summarize the corresponding strategies.
