《苔丝》和《末路狂花》这两部电影中的女主人公苔丝和塞尔玛作为女性主义的经典形象,分别得到了文学界的广泛关注和研究。但是对于她们的对比研究,几乎没有。本文试从女性主义角度对比分析苔丝和塞尔玛两个人物形象,从而展示出她们在男权社会中的挣扎和反抗。

@@@@Tess and Thelma, as the classical images of the feminism, has got a lot of publicity in the literary circle, however, there is few comparative study on them. So this paper tries to analyze the two images from the perspective of feminism and points out their similarities in struggling against the patriarchal society.
