高校贫困生认定工作存在问题及对策研究

近年来,党和国家高度重视高校贫困生资助工作,已经建立起较完善的"奖、助、贷、勤、免"等为主要内容的高校贫困生资助体系。2011年,我国普通高校发放学生资助金额首次突破500亿元,比上年增加92.74亿元,惠及4170.14万人次贫困生。高校贫困生资助工作,对家庭经济困难学生顺利入学并完成学业,发挥了重要作用。为保证有限资源有效利用,确实需要加强贫困生资助运行体系的研究。而贫困生认定工作是高校贫困生资助工作有效运行的首要环节,其重要性不言而喻。本文尝试结合高校贫困生认定工作实践,阐述分析高校贫困生认定工作的现状、存在的问题,并提出解决的对策建议。

@@@@In recent years, the party and the country attached great importance to the work of poor students in colleges and universities, has established a relatively perfect"award, help, loans, work-study, free"as the main content of the aid system for poor undergraduates.In 2011, Chinese college students funded amount exceeded 50billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.274 billion yuan, benefiting 41701400 people poor students.Subsidizing the impoverished college students, play an important role to family economic difficulties students smoothly admission and finish school.In order to ensure the effective use of limited resources, we must strengthen the study on the operation system of poor students.While the poor students identification is a key of subsidizing poor college students work effectively, its importance is self-evident.This paper attempts to combine the determination of poor college students work practice, analyzes the determination of poor college students work actuality and existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve.
