摘要
双因素理论属于激励内容理论。其中,保健因素是使人们能维持现状、对工作起保健作用的因素,激励因素是对人们的积极性起调动作用的因素。本文在分析民办高校教师管理中存在的主要问题的基础上,结合赫茨伯格的双因素理论,以此为指导,探求科学合理有效的激励策略。
The double theory factors belong to the content theories of motivation. Among them, health factors is to enable people to maintain the status quo, factors of health effects on the work of the incentive factors, is the enthusiasm of the people of the mobilisation of factors. Based on analyzing the main problems existing in the management of teachers in private colleges, double factors theory combined with Herzberg, in order to explore the scientific, reasonable and efficient incentive strategy.
