从“不法”之徒到“护法”使者——孙悟空形象与《西游记》主题再探

From a "lawless" man to a defender of laws——A reexamination of the theme of The Journey to the West through the image of Sun Wukong

对孙悟空形象的解读,是研究《西游记》的关键所在,直接关系到对这部作品主题的阐释。自《西游记》问世以来,关于孙悟空形象和作品主题问题,一直存在着众多不同的说法,有人甚至认为作品主题上存在矛盾。孙悟空形象经历了从无法无天的"不法"之徒到自觉降妖除魔的"护法"使者的转化过程,把握了这一形象的转化,有利于对作品"惩恶护法"主题的理解。

The interpretation of the image of Sun Wukong is the key to studies of <A Journey to the West>.It directly related to how we interpret the theme of the novel.Ever since the release of the novel,there have been various interpretations of either the image of Sun Wukong or the theme of the novel.Some even claimed that there is a contradiction of the theme.The image of Sun Wukong had gone through a transition from a'Lawless'men to a consciously defender of laws by defeating the demons.Understanding this transition is beneficial to the interpretation of the theme of this novel in the perspective of law and punishment.
