试论传统军事教学行为特征的研究和思考

Research and reflection on traditional military teaching behavior

党的十八大胜利召开以来,军事院校教育面临着许多机遇与挑战,如何改革我们的院校教育,培养高素质合格的现代化军事人才,以适应国防现代化和军队建设的需要,是摆在我们面前的首要任务。本文论述了对当前军事院校传统教学行为的研究与思考,提出了教学中存在的主要问题及对教学改革的一些看法。

@@@@Since the victory of eighteen party held, military college education is faced with many opportunities and challenges, how to reform the college education we, cultivating high-quality modern military qualified personnel, to meet the needs of the modernization of national defense and army building, is the primary task in front of us. This paper describes research and reflection on traditional teaching behavior in current military colleges, and puts forward the main problems existing in the teaching and the teaching reform of some views.
