摘要
探讨自发性、主题性团体箱庭疗法在高职学生干部队伍建设中的有效性。采用大学生人际关系综合诊断量表进行前后测比较研究(ABA),对福建水利电力职业技术学院某班级的15名学生干部进行3次团体箱庭疗法。大学生人际关系综合诊断量表中与异性朋友交往的困扰程度前后测试结果(t=2.35,p<0.05)有统计学意义;沙盘作品趋于整合、和谐。运用自发性、主题性团体箱庭疗法相结合的方式在高职学生干部队伍建设中是一种有效的尝试。
To explore the effectiveness of spontaneous, thematic group Xiangting therapy in the student cadre team construction in higher vocational colleges. The college students interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale were measured before and after the comparative study (ABA), the 3 group Xiangting therapy on 15 students cadres in a certain class of Fujian Water Conservancy and Electric Power Technical College. Before and after the disturbance of college students interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale with the opposite friends test results (t=2.35, P < 0.05) was statistically significant; Xiangting works tends to integration, harmony. Application of spontaneous, thematic group Xiangting therapy combination in the building of the contingent of student cadres in higher vocational colleges is an effective attempt.
