摘要
求助者因不满意自我体貌形象而产生烦恼、焦虑情绪导致无法学习而前来求助,咨询师在了解了求助者基本情况之后,结合所收集到的求助者临床资料和心理测验结果,诊断求助者的问题为一般心理问题。咨询师用真诚、共情和来访者建立良好的咨询关系,帮助来访者发掘自己的力量。然后,主要采用认知疗法,改变求助者的不合理信念和错误思维方式,帮助求助者放松训练,缓解消极情绪。经过咨询,较好地实现了咨询的近期目标和远期目标,帮助求助者发展起自我修复的能力和信心。
