With the development of China's market economic system,China's education has made rapid development,higher education reform pace is speeding up.From market economy to the network economy,students' outlook on life and values are changed,the traditional education management idea,management system and mode cannot meet the development needs of the new situation,the management reform and innovation of college students has been imperative.
