摘要
现在考大学对于学生来说已经非常简单了,大学生录取率也逐年升高,导致本科应届大学生越来越普遍。但面对如此大量的大学生,人才市场可谓是供过于求。而且随着社会的发展,全球经济情势的改变,人才市场对应征者的要求也在逐渐发生改变。所以,现在大学生在求职就业阶段不仅面临着巨大的竞争压力,还同时面临着求职市场的新要求,所以想要找到一份合适的工作困难重重。
Now the university entrance exam for the students is very simple,college enrollment rate also increases year by year,leading to the undergraduate college students are becoming more and more popular.But in the face of such a large number of students,the talent market is in excess of requirement.But with the development of society,the changes of global economic situation,the talent market the candidate requirements are gradually changing.So,now the college students not only face the enormous competition pressure,but also facing new requirements of the job market in the employment stage,so to find a suitable job is very difficult.
