关于高校工会建设的理论分析与实践

随着高等教育的不断发展,高校工会作为教职工的群众组织,不仅是教职工的利益代表者,还是教职工的利益维护者,对于和谐高校的建立具有重要的作用。本文主要分析了高校工会建设的地位及作用,并对当前高校的工会建设中存在的问题作了分析,也提出了相应的对策。

With the development of higher education,colleges and universities trade unions as a mass organization,not only is behalf of the interests of staff,maintenance staff benefits,plays an important role in the establishment of a harmonious university.This paper mainly analyzes the status and role of trade unions construction in colleges and universities,and the current university union construction problems were analyzed,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
