体育教学方法的合理与否直接决定了体育教学质量的高低,而教学方法的选择以体育教学目标为主要依据。现代体育教学目标逐渐呈现出多元化发展的趋势,要求学生既能掌握知识和技术,又能发展自己的个性和能力,所以,选择合适的体育教学方法就成为体育改革的重中之重。

The sports teaching method is reasonable or not directly determine the quality of physical education teaching level,and the choice of teaching methods take sports teaching goal as the main basis.The teaching goal of modern sports showing a trend of diversified development,the students are required to master the knowledge and technology,also can develop their own personality and abilities,so,selecting the appropriate method of physical education has become a priority among priorities sports reform.
