摘要
介绍了一款经典的非接触式测温仪表WGG2型隐丝式光学高温计的数字化改造方案。引进嵌入式技术,将磁电指针显示替换为数字显示,解决了原仪表显示精度低、易老化、卡针等问题。使仪表具有读数清晰直观、稳定性好、方便生产调试等优点。
This article describes a classic non-contact Thermometer WGG2 mode disappearing-filament optical pyrometer digital transformation. With the application of embedded system, the magneto-electric pointer replaced with digital display to solve the low accuracy of the original instrument display, easy to aging card pin, so that the instrument has a clear and intuitive readings, good stability, production debugging convenience advantages.
