摘要
近几年来泰国火电市场逐步兴起,火电项目的投资日益增加。根据泰国电网对于火电项目建设的技术规范,分别对火电项目的保证值、利用小时数等提出了通用技术要求。通过对泰国电网独立投资电厂的合同规定的性能试验等特殊规范要求,以及泰国国内电厂系统的一些常规配置进行分析总结,可供电厂总承包商在投标阶段参考。
In recent years, thermal plant investment is increasing, and corresponding engineering procurement and construction contract projects are now spring up in Thailand. According to relative technical construction standards for power plant, the article summarizes general technical requirements such as guaranteed parameters, annual utilization hours and analyses special technical requirements such as contracted operating characteristic tests for independent power plant projects. What’s more, some typical technical configuration methods are summarized to provide reference for engineer procure construct contractors during bidding stage.
