摘要 介绍了用于燃煤电厂锅炉尾气处理的二氧化碳捕集系统及其流程,各个子系统的主要功能,电站机组与二氧化碳捕集系统参数配合,主要设备的运行模式。系统采用化学溶剂吸收法,采用的化学药物为胺类二氧化碳化学吸收剂,CCS系统容量为50万t/年,对于今后燃煤电站项目配套二氧化碳捕集系统具有一定的借鉴意义。 Understanding of carbon capture system(CCS) for boiler exhaust flue gas treatment in coal-fired power plant, the carbon capture system industrial processes are further comprehended. The main functions of the various subsystems in carbon capture systems for the power plant project are displayed. Power plant units with carbon capture system parameters are matched. The function of main equipment in carbon capture system are introduced. There is a chemical solvent absorption method of carbon capture technology, mainly used chemical drugs based on the amines in carbon chemical absorbent, the CCS capacity is 500,000 tons / year, this is the first large-scale industrialization for boiler exhaust flue gas treatment in coal-fired power plant, supporting carbon capture systems for coal-fired power plant project in the future has certain referential significance.
