摘要
针对某运载火箭锥形底产品结构的特点和技术指标要求,从减小焊接应力和控制焊接变形入手,选择了合适的焊接方法,并对焊接工艺流程进行了研究,确定了立式装配,卧式焊接的装配焊接技术,针对不同焊缝设计了相应的焊接定位工装,通过一系列工装的应用,增加过程控制,达到减小焊接后变形的目的,保证了产品的精度要求,为该型号火箭的研制奠定了基础。
This paper makes a research on welding process and welding method of the conical bottom on certain series launch vehicle,in the light of the structural characteristics and technical requirements,which can reduce the welding stress and control welding distortion.Series of process equipment were designed to locate different weld seams in vertical assembly welding and horizontal assembly welding for reducing the welding deformation and ensuring the accuracy of product requirements.
