摘要
以底梁孔为研究对象,分析底梁孔结构分布特点,探讨采用传统划线钻孔法加工的不可行性。面对批量、高精度要求的零件,提出定位补块技术新方法,分别从底梁孔加工工装、第一个孔起钻、应用补块法加工其余孔等方面进行介绍。
The structural features of mudsill holes is researched,then the method of marking and drilling process is discussed.However,the above method can not satisfy needs,so the technology of position and imputation is putforward in big-batch and high precision products.This assay introduces separately the chock of mudsill hole,the first hole machining process,and the other holes acquired by above method.
