多人多准则模糊层次分析法的物流中心综合评价优选模型 被引量:54

Multiperson and Multicriteria Evaluation and Selection of Logistic Centers with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchical Process Method

摘要  运用模糊决策理论,把传统的层次分析法扩展为多人多准则的模糊层次分析法模型,并将其运用于物流中心的评价优选问题中.在多专家指标权重评价的基础上,运用模糊Delphi法对上层准则形成一系列的权重集合,得到三角模糊数表示的准则"重要性"评价,结合以模糊语言变量表示的备选方案偏好等级的"满意度"和下层指标的模糊权重,通过分层结合,得到物流中心的综合模糊评分,最后采用Ching-HsueCheng的变化系数法对所有方案的三角模糊数进行排序,从而得到物流中心方案综合选择的优先顺序,为实际决策提供依据.实例说明了物流中心多人模糊综合评价的具体过程. Based on the fuzzy decision theory, the analytical hierarchical process with fuzzy number and fuzzy linguistic variable is proposed, and it is applied to the evaluation and selection of logistic centers. With the multiperson evaluation of the upper level criteria weighs, the experts opinions are aggregated with fuzzy Delphi method, and triangular fuzzy number weights can be got. The lower level criteria weights and the appropriateness values of each alternative are presented with fuzzy linguistic variables. Then the overall evaluation of each alternative can be got with hierarchical aggregation methods. Finally, the fuzzy evaluation values are ranked with coefficient of variation(CV) method, the optimal alternative can be selected. A numerical example shows the process of the approach.
