摘要
灌区量水是灌区实行计划用水、按方收费的重要手段。针对我国灌区量水的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了灌区量水要符合技术、经济和工程上的基本要求,指出灌区量水设施的发展应以经济实用为主导方向,逐步实现灌区量水自动化。
Flow measurement is an important means for using water according to plan and charging according to water quantity in irrigation district. Aiming at the main problems and status of domestic flow measurement in irrigation district, this paper put forward the basic requirements on technology, economy and engineering for flow measurement. The author also pointed out that the development of flow measurement in irrigation district should be economical and practical to implement the automatization of flow measurement in irrigation district.
