Clinical Explore of Autoset PortableⅡ Plus for Treatment of Obstructive Sleep apena-Hypopnea Syndrome

目的 :探讨AutosetPortableⅡPlus睡眠诊断 /治疗系统在临床上的应用价值。方法 :应用AutosetPortableⅡPlus睡眠诊断 /治疗系统监测 130例患者 ,并对其中 115例患者行APAP (auto CPAP)治疗。结果 :重度患者 4 1例 ,中度患者 4 7例 ,轻度患者 31例 ,单纯鼾症患者 11例。APAP治疗前及治疗时最长呼吸暂停时间、最低动脉血氧饱和度差异有显著性意义。结论 :AutosetPortableⅡPlus睡眠诊断 /治疗系统是一种方便有效的诊疗仪。

objective:To evaluate effect of Autoset Portable Ⅱ Plus in Treatment of Obstructive Sleep apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome.Methods: 130 cases received the monitor of Autoset Portale Ⅱ Plus,115 of them accepted its treatment (auto-CPAP).Results: severe patients had 41 cases,moderate patients 47cases, mild patients 31 cases, 11cases were simple snoring.The longest time of apnea, the lowest SaO 2 and AHI had significant difference before treatement and during treatment. Conclusion Autoset PortableⅡ Plus is simple, effective treatment for OSAHS.
