论我国刑事侦查措施之新发展——基于新《刑事诉讼法》之分析

侦查措施是刑事诉讼法的重要内容之一。新《刑事诉讼法》实施后,侦查措施之新发展体现在侦查理念的完善、传统侦查措施的修改和完善,隐匿身份侦查和技术侦查措施的明确规定等方面。针对这次刑事诉讼法涉及侦查措施修改中存在的不足,建议作进一步的完善。

At the same time,contrary to the modified content of the Code of Criminal Procedure,pointing out the existing shortcomings of the revision,and putting out the propoals on the investigative measures to further modify and improve.
