对侦查合成战进行考察,并不是一种应景式的研究。无论是从犯罪行为的角度,还是从侦查行为的角度,侦查合成战都有着坚实的科学依据。而这些依据又决定了侦查合成战的基本形态,包括方法上的合成、指挥上的合成、能力上的合成以及情报上的合成。侦查合成战的推广需要一定的前提条件,那就是侦查模式的转变和灵活的管理体制。

The research on the synthesis of investigation is not an occasion-marking research.Whether from the angle of criminal behavior or from the perspective of criminal investigation,the synthesis of investigation has a solid scientific basis which has decided the basic pattern,including the synthesis of investigative method,command, capacity and intelligence.The popularization of investigation synthesis,however,needs certain premises.That is the transformation of the investigative mode and flexible management system.
