公安管理理论前沿研究围绕公安实践展开,成果丰硕。同时研究范式转换,学术水平不断提升。加强理论研究,进一步完善公安管理理论体系;创新研究范式,开拓公安管理理论研究的新路;坚持实践导向,进一步发挥理论指导作用;加强学术争鸣,提升理论研究水平,应成为公安管理理论研究的发展方向。

Based on the practice of public security,the frontier researches on the public security management theory have been fruitful.Meanwhile,the research paradigm has been shifted and the academic level has been upgraded. And the development directions of the public security management theory researches should be further pinpointed. Specifically,theoretical researches should be reinforced to further improve the public security management theoretical system;the research paradigm should be innovated to explore new realms in the public security management theory researches;the practice orientation should be persisted to further play its theoretical-guiding role and the academic contention should be intensified to enhance the theoretical research level.
