摘要
胱氨酸吸收二氧化硫的动力学研究以气-液相界面传质过程的"双膜理论"为基础,利用电导率监控溶液反应程度变化的方法设计试验过程。在55℃,PH为9的常压条件下依次改变持液量、搅拌速度和液相浓度,观察其对反应速率的影响,得出了胱氨酸吸收液吸收二氧化硫的反应的动力学区域为D,为拟一级反应,其反应速率常数为1.98×10-3S-,并明确了气液相界面面积、液相主体浓度、气相主体分压、气相传质系数以及2级反应速度常数对反应速率存在影响。
The dynamics of sulphur dioxide absorption by cystine is studied on the basis of two-film theory which describes mass transfer at the gas liquid phase interface, and designs the experimental process by the method that electrical conductance monitors the solution‘s changes of the reacting extent. Observing the effect of reaction rate by changing liquid holdup, mixing speed and liquid concentration in turn at the 55℃, Ph=9 and atmosphere pressure, it is obvious that D is the kinetic region of cystine reacting with sulphur dioxide, the process follows the rule of quasi-first-grade dynamics, and the rate constant of reaction is 1.98×10-3S-. And the factors, such as interfacial area of gas liquid phase interface, solution concentration, partial pressure of the gas phase, gas phase mass transfer coefficient and second-order rate constant have influenced on reaction rate.
