降解六硝基生产废水微生物絮凝剂的驯化及培养条件优化

摘要 [目的]驯化培养出降解六硝基生产废水高效絮凝剂产生菌,并优化其培养条件。[方法]利用含六硝基生产废水的固体培养基对几株较高絮凝活性的微生物絮凝剂产生菌进行逐级驯化培养,通过单因素试验,以六硝基生产废水COD去除率为评价指标,对其培养条件进行优化。[结果]通过驯化培养得到一株高效降解六硝基生产废水的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,该菌絮凝剂的最佳培养条件为:碳源为葡萄糖、初始PH为8、培养时间60h、培养温度34℃。[结论]在最佳培养条件下,废水COD去除率可达65.38%,微生物絮凝剂MBFSY-1是一种高效低成本的水处理剂。 [Objective] To domesticate and cultivate a high efficient microbial flocculant producing strain with degrading of HNS production wastewater and optimize the cultivation conditions. [Method] By using solid culture medium containing HNS production wastewater several high flocculating activity producing strains were domesticated and cultivated. Optimization of culture conditions was carried out through single factor experiment with the removal rate of COD of HNS production wastewater as Evaluation Indexes. [Results] A high efficient bioflocculant-producing Strain of degrading of HNS wastewater is obtained by domestication incubation with HNS wastewater. The optimum culture conditions of MBFSY-1 were: glucose as a carbon source initial PH 8 culture time 60 h culture temperature 34℃. [Conclusion] Under the optimum cultivation conditions the removal rate of COD can reach 65.38% MBF SY -1 is a kind of high e cient low cost water treatment agent.
