摘要
综述了环氧环己烷的生产现状及工艺方法,着重分析了工业化运行的反应控制相转移催化法,指出现工业运行的方法存在原料来源少、规模小、催化剂活性和寿命有限、生产成本高、原子经济性不显著等不足。大量己内酰胺和己二装置的投产为环氧环己烷的发展提供了原料保障,化工过程强化技术的进步为催化反应过程的开发提供新的思路;最后展望了环氧环己烷生产技术的发展趋势。
