摘要 目前ABO3型钙钛矿型光催化剂的研究取得了一定的进展。本文综述了国内外钙钛矿型光催化剂的制备方法,主要对其中常用的固相反应法、溶胶凝胶法、水热合成法、微乳液法、共沉淀法、柠檬酸络合法进行了总结;重点介绍了通过掺杂的方法提高光催化活性的方法,并对今后光催化剂的发展趋势进行了展望。 The study on ABO3-type perovskite have make some progress at present.The prepared methods are reviewed in this article.Such as high temperature solid state reaction、sol-gel technique、hydrothermal synthesis、microemulsion、 coprecipitation and Citric acid complex methods.One method of improving the photocatalytic activity by doping is introduced .The development tredency of photocatalysis is also proposed.
