环己胺、γ-丁内酯为原料合成N-环己基吡咯烷酮,在n(环己胺):n(GBL)=1.0:1.25;反应温度270~280℃;反应时间9.0~9.5h;压力6.5MPa的条件下;GBL转化率≥98%,CHP选择性≥95%。
N-Cyclohexy-pyrrolidone is prepared with-butyrolactone, Cyclohexylamine as raw materials.The process conditions of influencing factors is tested. The results show that the molarratio of Cyclohexylamine and-butyrolactone 1.25, reaction temperature 270~280℃, reaction time 9~9.5 h, reaction pressure 6.5 MPa, the conversion of-butyrolactoneis above 98%, selectivity of N-Cyclohexy-pyrrolidone 95%.
