摘要 采用浸渍法制备ZrO2-WO3复合载体负载磷钨酸催化剂,并通过FT-IR、XRD对其进行了表征。以H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂,以异戊醇和冰乙酸为原料合成乙酸异戊酯,研究了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂环己烷用量、反应时间等因素对实验结果的影响。结果表明:在醇酸摩尔比为1.4:1时,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的0.5%,带水剂环己烷用量为8mL,反应时间为90min的优化条件下,乙酸异戊酯的收率达71.4%。 H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3 was prepared by impregnation, and characterized by FT-IR and XRD. The synthesis of iso-amyl acetate using H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3 as catalyst has been studied. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of iso-amyl alcohol to acetic acid is 1.4:1, the mass ratio of the catalyst to the reactants is 0.5%, volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 8 mL and the reaction time is 90 min. H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing iso-amyl acetate and its yield can reach over 71.4%.
