摘要
以γ-丁内酯,乙酸乙酯为原料,金属钠和乙醇钠为催化剂,甲苯为溶剂合成α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯。在金属钠与乙醇钠的钠摩尔比为7:3;甲苯/γ-丁内酯(w/w)=2.51;反应温度85～90℃;反应时间5h;n(乙酸乙酯):n(GBL):金属钠为2.27:0.9:1的条件下;GBL转化率≥98%,ABL收率≥95%。
α-Acetyl-γ-Butyrolactone is prepared with γ-Butyrolactone,ethyl acetate as materials;Useing Sodium and Sodium-ethylate as the Catalyst;Using Toluene as the Solvent.Molar ratio of Sodium about Sodium and Sodium-ethylate that is 7:3;Ratio of Toluene andγ-butyrolactone(w/w) that is 2.51; Reaction temperature 85～90℃,;Reaction time 5 h, Molar ratio of ethyl acetate, γ-butyrolactone and sodium that is 2.27 : 0.9 : 1. the conversion ofγ-butyrolactone is above 98%, selectivity ofα-Acetyl-γ-Butyrolactone 95%.
