摘要 滹沱河流域地下水长期无节制开采造成部分浅层含水层处于疏干或半疏干状态,在分析地下开采现状基础上,根据区内垃圾填埋场和重要构筑物分布等情况,采用综合评价方法确定地下水适宜水位上、下限划定的原则,最终给出了基于环境、工程等多限制条件下的地下水适宜水位,采用mapgis网格剖分和叠加技术对滹沱河流域地下水流场进行处理,计算出滹沱河地区地下水可调控库容空间为91.48×108m3。为石家庄地区南水北调实施前后地下水调控方案、地下水可持续开发利用提供理论依据。 Long-term uncontrolled exploitation of groundwater in the Hutuo River Basin(HRB)has resulted in parts of the shallow aquifer in a state of draining or semi-draining.In this article,suitable groundwater level under the limitation of some conditions such as environment and engineering was established based on the principle of determining the upper and lower limit of suitable groundwater levels confirmed by an integrated evaluation method.It was proposed on the basis of the analysis of the present situation of groundwater exploitation in HRB and according to the distribution of local landfill and important structures.At the same time,groundwater flow field in the HRB was refined though technology of Mapgis involving mesh generation and stacking.Groundwater regulation capacity of space in the HRB was calculated 91.48×108 m3.The theoretical basis for regulation of groundwater before and after the implementation of South-North Water Diversion Project in the Shijiazhuang area and for sustainable utilization of groundwater was provided.
