一个完善的PLC系统除了需要正常运行,满足工业控制的要求,还必须能在系统出现故障时兼顾及时的故障诊断和故障处理建议,报故障于微发,使运行和检修人员能及时发现故障,控制故障范围。结合芜湖发电公司2×660 MW机组煤码头ZQX800型桥式抓斗卸船机PLC控制系统进行了探讨。

A perfect PLC system in addition to the normal operation,satisfy the requirement of industrial control,must also be considered fault diagnosis and treatment suggestion timely failure in the system,a fault on the micro hair,make the operation and maintenance personnel can find fault in time,control the fault range.Combined with the Wuhu power company 2×660 MW units coal terminal ZQX800 bridge type grab ship unloaded PLC control system are discussed.
