Analysis and Treatment of the Reason of Acetylene in 500 kV Transformer Oil

针对某500 kV主变压器在安装过程中油色谱出现异常这一重大事件,通过对油色谱出现乙炔的原因分析与处理,确定此次油色谱异常的原因是由于真空滤油机没有按照正常操作顺序关停所造成。最后,对变压器真空滤油现场管理工作提出了相应的技术监督建议。

Contrapose to the abnormal chromatogram of a 500 kV main transformer during installation,by means of analysis and treatment of the reason of acetylene in oil chromatogram,the paper determines the reasons of the abnormal chromatogram due to the operate rules of vacuum oil purifier were not right.In the end,it put forward some suggestions on management of vacuum oil purification for high voltage transformer.
