China's Traditional Strategy and Effect in Rule over Frontier Region

纵观中国古代边疆史,动荡影响着边疆地区,进而威胁到中央政权的根基,中国传统治边不能跳出"治乱循环"的困局,究其原因,主要是华夷之防的认识局限、重内轻边的眼界局限、唯稳而治的目标局限和重谋轻法的施政局限。中国共产党人吸收传统治边方略的优秀成果,把马克思主义社会建设理论与中国边疆地区建设发展的实践相结合,创造性地提出全新的治边方略。

Looking back ancient Chinese history of frontier regions,unrest constantly affected frontier region and even threatened the foundation of the imperial court,so the traditional control over frontier regions could hardly pull itself out of the dilemma 'control over unrest in cycle'.Such a predicament was mainly limited in China-Foreign defence,limited in the field of vision by more stress on internal defence while less on external defence;limited in aim for control merely over stability and administration of scheme given priority over law.The communist Party of China absorbs excellent result of traditional frontier-control strategy,combine Marxist theory on socialist construction with the practice of construction on China's frontier-region,creatively proposes a whole set of new theory on frontier-control strategy and reaches beyond tradition.
