党的十八大首次将生态文明建设单独成篇阐述,并把生态文明纳入中国特色社会主义道路五位一体总体布局,为我国进入社会主义生态文明新时代指明了方向,做出了部署。生态文明作为人类发展的延续成为一种必然选择。选择可持续发展成为生态文明建设中的重要环节,建设美丽中国,实现中国梦想成为继第三次工业革命后的又一创新,是关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来的长远大计。因此要树立尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的生态文明理念,坚持节约优先、保护优先、自然恢复为主的方针,从而努力建构永续发展的美丽中国梦。

The Eighteenth Party's Congress first expounds construction on eco-civilization in separate chapter and incorporates it into the general pattern with Chinese characteristic integrating construction on ideology,organization,work style,system and anti-corruption for honest government,thus setting a clear direction for the new era of socialist eco-civilization.Eco-civilization as a continuation for the development of mankind has become an inevitable choice.The sustainable development to be chosen has become something priority in eco-civilization construction.Construction of a beautiful China to make Chinese dream come true is another innovation succeeding the third industrial revolution.Construction of eco-civilization matters with people's livelihood and strategic plan of national future.Therefore,we should set up the concept of respecting nature,adapting to nature and protecting nature and adhere to frugality,protection and natural recovery as priority to make Chinese eco-dream come true.
