摘要
语言规划取向的语言观有三:语言作为问题;语言作为权利;语言作为资源。从语言规划取向的视角审视中国少数民族双语教育,发现在对待双语教育的认识上存在忽视母语和忽视国家通用语的片面认识;在开发利用民族母语资源时部分地区存在"急功近利"现象。促进双语教育的健康发展需要继续坚持"民汉兼通"的目标,树立"多元文化整合教育"的语言教育观。
The views of language in the perspective of language plan cover: language as a problem,as a right and as resource.Judging from Chinese ethnic-minority bilingual teaching from the perspective of language plan,I've found that there exists one-side view of neglecting mother tongue and national universal language and phenomenon of seeking for instant success in developing ethnic mother tongues in part of the region.In promoting the sound development of bilingual teaching,we need consistently to target for command of ethnic minority language and Chinese and set up a language-teaching view of diversified-culture integrating education.
