摘要
文章通过对十八大报告发展文化方面内容的解读,并结合作者对文化强国建设的研究,就如何建设中国特色社会主义文化强国的基本方法和路径做了比较系统的分析,并且提出了建设文化强国的一些具体对策和措施。
