高校以社会主义核心价值体系引领师德师风建设,是全面贯彻党的教育方针,培养高素质建设者和接班人的根本要求。师德师风建设是高校实践社会主义核心价值体系的基础工程和重要载体,同时是高校社会主义核心价值体系建设的核心内容。以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校师德师风建设,内在要求上要提升教师思想素质,强化师德灵魂,锻造教师崇高的道德品格和人格情操,塑造师者形象,养成良好师风,提升师德魅力,夯实学识基础,创新师德内涵;路径方法上要加强理论武装,实现观念认同,并将观念外化为行动,抓住重点群体,完善长效机制,全面推进师德师风建设。

The construction on teachers' morality and ethics in institutions guided by socialist core-system is a fundamental demand from the cultivation of high-quality builders and full implementation of Party's educational policy.The construction is a basic project and important medium for institutions to practice socialist core value and core content to construct socialist core value.The construction is intended to raise teachers' ideological quality,intensify teachers' morality,temper their noble character and virtue,shape image,cultivate good teachers' style,promote ethic appeal,set a solid foundation for profound learning and innovate the content of teachers' ethic;intensify theoretic base in approach to realize concept identification and change concept into action,with focus on community and long-term mechanism improvement towards full promotion of teachers' ethic construction.
