摘要
针对传统的测温设备和方法不能全面反映水泥回转窑在煅烧过程中的温度变化,影响水泥熟料生成质量的问题,应用nRF24El射频芯片设计了一种多点无线测温报警系统。该系统用热电偶测量实测点的温度,并将检测DS18B20处的温度用于热电偶冷端补偿,实现了温度的遥测。与常用的同类装置相比,该系统具有通信协议简单、测量精度高、可扩展性强及工作稳定可靠等特点。
For the traditional temperature measurement devices and methods cannot entirely reflect the change of temperature in cement rotary kilns during calcination process,and affect the quality of cement clinker,we design a multi-point wireless thermometer alarm system using nRF24El RF chips.The system measures temperature using a thermocouple in the system,and detects the temperature at DS18B20 for cool end compensation,so that it realizes temperature remote sensing.Compared with the commonly used similar devices,this system has the characteristics of simple communication protocol,strong scalability and high measurement precision,wide application range,and work stable and reliable,and has a wide application prospect in short distance wireless control systems.
