空冷式感应炉熔炼铝合金的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 感应加热具有加热速度快、效率高、污染少的特点,而空冷感应加热在生产上更具有节约水资源、生产设备简单、运行安全以及维护方便等优点.本文在研制的空冷式感应加热试验装置上进行了感应加热及熔炼铝合金物料的实验,获得了熔炼过程中坩埚壁及物料的温度变化以及该感应炉的热效率数据.实验研究表明,熔炼铝合金的过程中,坩埚外壁温度分布均匀,绞线温度远低于漆包线耐热温度,炉体设备工作正常;用空冷式感应加热铝合金物料,其热效率大于70%,比电阻炉和火焰炉效率高10%~20%,节能效果显著.空冷式绞线感应炉,与水冷式感应炉相比,具有结构简单、维护方便、节约水资源等优点.空冷式感应加热炉用于金属物料的加热和熔化基本可行. It is well known that induction heating possesses many features,such as rapid heating,high efficiency and low pollution.Air-cooled induction heating has following advantages in production: water resources saving,simple production equipment,safe,and easy maintenance etc.In this article,induction heating and melting of aluminum alloy materials were experimentally investigated with an air-cooled induction heating device.The temperature variation curve and the thermal efficiency data of the aluminum alloy melting process were obtained.Experimental results showed that in the process of smelting aluminum alloy,temperature distribution of the outer wall of the crucible was uniform,the winding wire temperature was much lower than the heat-resistant temperature of the enameled wire and the furnace equipment worked normally;with the air-cooled induction heating metal materials,the thermal efficiency was greater than 70%,its efficiency was 10% to 20% higher than that of the resistance furnace and flame furnace,the energy saving effect was remarkable.Compared with the water cooled induction furnace,the air-cooled induction furnace has the advantages such as simple structure,easy maintenance,and water saving.Thus,it might be feasible for heating and melting of metal materials.
