摘要
厚板厂冷却系统设计时,补水量是一个重要的参数.本文介绍了气化率和能量守恒两种理论计算方法,并根据某钢厂实际数据进行了计算.理论计算值偏低,但是计算结果可为现场实际设计提供参考依据.
The water compensation amount is an important parameter for the cooling system at plate mill.Two theoretical methods of vaporization rate and energy conservation were introduced and based on the plate mill data,the water compensation amount was calculated in this paper.The calculated results can provide guidance of design for the cooling system.The theoretical values were lower than that measured.
