摘要
20世纪三四十年代,雷沛鸿以广西省教育厅长的身份创办了广西普及国民基础教育研究院和广西教育研究所两个教育研究机构,它们分别以国民基础教育和国民中学教育为研究主题,组织开展了教育研究与实验、师资培训与辅导、教材编撰与出版等多项工作,促进了教育事业、教育行政与教育学术的良性互动,也体现了雷沛鸿教育行政学术化的理想。上述广西教育研究机构在中国近代教育学术史上占有重要地位,也可为当前中国地方教育研究机构的改革和发展提供历史借鉴。
During 1930s and 1940s,Lei Pei-hong established two education research institutions: the research institute on universalizing national basic education of Guangxi and the education research institute of Guangxi,in the identity of director of the education department of Guangxi province.The two institutions researched on national basic education and national middle school education respectively,and organized many programs like education research and experiment,teacher training and tuition,textbook compilation and publication.These works promoted the benign interaction among educational undertaking,educational administration and educational academy,meanwhile reflected Lei Pei-hong's ideal of transforming educational administration into academy.The above institutions of Guangxi occupied an important place in modern China's academic history of education,and they can also provide historical experience for the reform and development of local education research institutions in current China.
