资源配置一直是经济学研究的重要问题,但现有经济学理论以交换为主研究资源配置,忽略了资源配置的另一种途径——借贷。借贷活动在经济生活中长期存在,具有资源配置作用,并与交换活动一起在全社会范围内配置各种资源。研究资源配置问题,需要从交换和借贷两方面入手,才能更好地认识和发现实际经济活动中资源配置的规律。

The resource allocation has been an important subject of the economics.The theories in modern economics emphasize the effect of exchange on the resource allocation,and neglect the effect of the borrowing and lending on the resource allocation.The borrowing and lending,existing in the our everyday life for a long time,have a function of resource allocation,and locate the resources in the economy.In order to understand the proceed of the resource allocation,we should study on the borrowing and lending as well as the exchange,in which we shall find the law of resource allocation in the economy.
