摘要
以ZnS为吸附剂,乙基黄药为吸附质,CuSO4和Pb(NO3)2为活化剂,研究Cu2+和Pb2+对ZnS吸附乙基黄药的影响。结果显示,加入0.5 mL浓度为0.5 mmol/L的Cu2+和Pb2+活化后,硫化锌表面疏水性和对乙基黄原酸盐的吸附能力显著增强,接触角分别增大86.8%和31.5%,对乙基黄药的吸附量分别增大95.5%和53.3%。通过讨论Cu2+和Pb2+对ZnS活化过程,推断其机理是离子交换反应和氧化还原反应的复合作用。
The adsorption experiments of xanthate in the presence/absence of copper and lead ions were carried out to evaluate the adsorption effect.Experimental results showed that the surface hydrophobicity and the adsorbing capability of ZnS on xanthate after activated by Cu2+ and Pb2+ are substantially improved,with the contact angle increasing by 86.8% and 31.5% and the adsorption quantity increasing by 95.5% and 53.3%,respectively.After discussing the activation process,we believe that the mechanism is a composite process of ion exchange and REDOX reaction.
