少熟料钢渣复合胶凝材料水化产物的特性

Characteristics of Hydration Products of Clinker-Poor Steel Slag Complex Binding Material

摘要 采用X射线衍射分析、同步热分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析等检测手段,研究少熟料钢渣复合胶凝材料水化产物的种类与特性。结果表明:少熟料钢渣复合胶凝材料后期强度显著增强,28 d抗压强度超过47.0 MPa;与硅酸盐水泥相比,各龄期Ca(OH)2的质量分数降低52.7%~55.5%,分解温度降低1.7~14.0℃;早期钙矾石(AFt)和后期C-S-H凝胶增多,分解温度分别升高3.5~8.0℃和40~70℃;砂浆后期的界面过渡区得到显著改善。 The type and characteristics of the hydration products of clinker-poor steel slag complex binding material are investigated by X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetry,scanning electron microscopy and strength test.The results show that the long-term strength of the material increases markedly,with its 28 d compressive strength over 47.0 MPa;meanwhile,compared with Portland cement,the content of Ca(OH)2 in it drops by 52.7%~55.5% and its decomposition temperature decreases by 1.7~14.0 ℃ in the studied ages;the content of AFt in the early stage and C-S-H gel in the later stage both increase and its decomposition temperature increases by 3.5~8.0 ℃ and 40~70 ℃ respectively;moreover,the mortar interfacial transition zone of the material is improved notably in the later age.
