摘要
将生活垃圾焚烧炉渣颗粒破碎,经过特殊工艺预处理之后作为细集料,以不同等体积取代率替代普通河沙制备砂浆和混凝土,并对抗压、抗折、体积稳定性等性能进行检测。试验结果表明:同等细度模数条件下,炉渣细集料能够有效改善砂浆和混凝土的强度性能,相比参照试件,当取代率为60%时,砂浆抗压强度在7 d和28 d分别提高52%和28%,在取代率40%时,混凝土7 d和28 d强度分别提高了4.4和6.2 MPa;体积稳定性方面,炉渣取代率为20%时,胶砂28 d和56 d的干缩率分别降低1.5%和2.0%;炉渣取代率为40%时,胶砂28 d和56 d的干缩率均增大1.5%。
MSWI bottom ashes were smashed to prepare fine aggregates through special pretreatment,with which to replace ordinary sands in mortars and concretes with different equal volume replacement rate.The compressive strength,flexural strength and volume stability of final products were tested.Experimental results show that slag fine aggregates can effectively improve the strength of mortars and concretes under the condition of equal fineness modulus;compared to reference samples,the compressive strengthes of mortar at 7 d and 28 d increase by 52% and 28%,respectively,when the replacement rate is 60%,and 4.4 MPa and 6.2 MPa,respectively,when the replacement rate is 40%.For the volume stability,the mortar shrinkage rates of 28 d and 56 d decrease by 1.5% and 2.0%,respectively,when the replacement rate is 20%;and all increase by 1.5%,when the replacement rate is 40%.
