摘要
讨论贮存寿命和使用寿命均为指数分布的情况下,贮存-使用模型可靠性评估方法。引入"状态等效因子函数",将贮存时间转化为使用时间,给出贮存后再使用的平均剩余寿命计算公式,对贮存一定时间后使用给定时间的贮存可靠性置信下限进行估计,并举例验证该方法的适用性。
The reliability estimate method of storage-usage model is discussed under the conditions of exponentially distributed storage lifetime and usage lifetime.After introducing a state equivalent factor function and converting the storage time into the usage time,we derive an average residual lifetime formula and calculate the confidence lower limits of reliability after a certain storage time and usage time.Finally,an example is given to enlight the idea.
