摘要
使用来自8所地方"211工程"院校学生的数据检验了专业承诺对大学生学习投入的影响.结果表明,专业承诺中情感承诺对于学习投入的活力、奉献和专注3个维度都有显著正向影响;规范承诺对于学习投入的奉献和专注2个维度具有显著正向影响,但影响效果较小;经济承诺和持续承诺2个维度对于学习投入没有显著影响.研究结果对于高校招生、教学和学生管理政策的调整有重要指导意义.
With the data from eight '211 Project' universities,the study tests the effects of undergraduates' Professional commitment on Learning engagement.The results indicate that affective commitment has significant positive impact on the three dimensions of Learning engagement:vigor,dedication and absorption;normative commitment has significant positive impact on dedication and absorption,however the effect is lower;and economic commitment and continuance commitment have no significant influence on Learning engagement.The findings have important implications for management authorities of universities.
