基于ST-Viewer端盖零件信息集成系统研发

摘要 为了实现零件信息的互操作,统一采用ISO定义的格式表达零件的各种信息是关键.提出了一种基于ST-Viewer的零件信息集成方法,并给出了它的集成原理.结合电机端盖零件,开发了一个零件信息集成工具,说明了该工具的具体操作、应用和特点.此工具利用C++编程,把材料信息加入形状信息,形成统一于STEP(STan-dard for Exchange of Product data model)标准文件格式的综合零件信息,实现了零件部分信息的集成和互操作. All information of part is expressed by a language defined ISO to make it possible to interoperate between systems.The method of part information integration for based on ST-Viewer was proposed and its principle was stated.The tool of information integration was developed for end cap and its application and feature were elaborated.Using C++ and adding material information to geometrical information,a complete information part,expressed in STEP,was generated.The integration and interoperability of partial information come ture.
