摘要
本文首先分析国内典型的自动发电控制AGC策略,并针对单机为700MW的巨型水电站自动发电控制普遍存在的调节速率、控制平稳和精度方面的矛盾,给出了考虑设置机组调节最大限幅、自动脱离振动区、按照余量进行校验和调节,以及负荷调节后校验的自动发电控制精细化策略,最后以实际试验验证此控制策略的可行性,对提高巨型水电站的自动发电控制的精度具有一定的意义。
Firstly,this paper analyzes typical AGC strategies for Hydropower Plants,and then presents prevailing contradictions for 700MW giant hydropower stations,such as regulating speed,smooth control and accuracy of adjustment.Setting maximum limit for regulating,breaking away automatically from vibration zone,in accordance with the allowance for calibration and adjustment,as well as verifying AGC strategy after load adjustment are proposed in this paper.The test results illustrate the strategies are feasible and helpful for other Hydropower Plant.
